Valens-Vasön

Valens is located on the right side of the valley, above the Taminaschlucht (Tamina Gorge) , and is the ideal place to recover, relax, and recharge your batteries amid stunning mountain scenery.  With the Valens Rehabilitation Center and its thermal baths, Valens is a popular health resort. The mountain church in the village center, dating back to 1704, is well worth a visit. Numerous mountain hiking trails, three Nordic walking trails around Valens, various picnic areas, a children’s playground, and a mini-golf course round out the offerings.
