A colorful selection of toboggan runs awaits you in the holiday region Heidiland . There are children's toboggan runs for the little ones. Several winter hiking trails have a tobogganing option if the children's legs get tired. The Prodalp-Tannenheim toboggan run on the Flumserberg can be classified as challenging and promises over 2 kilometers of fun. The 3.5-kilometre-long toboggan run on the Pizol is family-friendly and offers views of the St. Gallen Rhine Valley.

Highlight: From the end of December to March, you can go night sledging. Every Friday on the Pizol and every Thursday and Saturday on the Flumserberg on the Nightride.

Toboggan runs on the Flumserberg & Pizol

On the Flumserberg
Sporty sledging fun over a length of more than 2 kilometers from Prodalp down to Tannenheim. The Prodalp-Express cable car takes you to the starting point of the route. Not suitable for small children.
On the Pizol
3.5 km long toboggan run with views of the St. Gallen Rhine Valley. There are puzzles along the route for little sledging fans. The run is floodlit every Friday for night sledging
