The selection is wide and varied: vegetables, bread, eggs, meat products, Alpine cheese, jams, preserves, schnapps, knitted items ranging from sweaters to all kinds of animals, flowers, various decorative items, jewelry, floral arrangements, table decorations, and much more. It’s best to see for yourself, as the selection changes depending on the season and the vendors.
The gathering spot right in the middle of the market, which features about 8 to 10 stalls, is the coffee shop. There, you can settle in and enjoy something sweet or savory. Whether it’s a cup of coffee or a glass of water—you’re always welcome here.
On the last Thursday of the month, the market expands to include up to 20 stalls. That’s when the artisans’ market takes place. This makes the variety of handmade items from the region and beyond even greater.
