Discover World Heritage Sites Through a "Wimmelbuch"
Through 13 hidden-object images, we’ll explore Switzerland’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites and discover the diverse approaches they offer for competency- and action-oriented instruction. The focus is on the World Natural Heritage Site right on our school’s doorstep: the Sardona Tectonic Arena.
Legendary mountains, a vibrant history of exploration, the “magical line”—how can these fascinating topics, with their strong regional ties, be meaningfully integrated into the classroom? And how can you, as a teacher, take advantage of the unique opportunities offered by the World Heritage Site as a place of learning? In addition to this learning program, you’ll also discover other resources available for schools.
