Be aware of wildlife quiet zones, hunting-restricted areas, and temporary or seasonal closures. They are intended to protect sensitive habitats and wildlife that is sensitive to disturbances.

Wild animals need peace and quiet—especially at dusk. Wild camping is therefore not permitted anywhere in the area—please use official camping and lodging facilities (e.g., in Bad Ragaz or at official campsites).

Respect others – Be considerate of other guests, the local community, and private property.

For a Clean Mountain Experience – please use the restroom facilities available at the mountain railways.

Drones disturb wildlife and other recreational visitors. Please observe applicable restrictions and flight bans. All drones are prohibited within the hunting exclusion zone.

Approach mother cows and livestock guard dogs with caution and keep your distance. Follow the posted safety guidelines on site.

Fires are allowed only at official fire pits.

For mountain bike tours, stick primarily to official trails and be sure to observe riding restrictions and the operating hours of the mountain railways.
