The Zanai Restaurant at the Valens Rehabilitation Center offers fresh, regional, and seasonal Swiss cuisine. It is open daily and also serves lactose-free and gluten-free dishes upon request. Guests can enjoy rotating weekly specials as well as fresh pizza from Thursday through Monday.

In addition to our seasonal specialties and the à la carte selection, we present you with different "weekly hits" every week. These exclusive creations from our kitchen team are always fresh, innovative and reflect the diversity of Swiss cuisine.
On request, we also cook lactose- and gluten-free dishes and are happy to inform you about the ingredients used in our dishes.
