Exciting information from a Swiss Ranger

The industrious beavers in Giessenpark near Bad Ragaz are active when most people are asleep, which is why the beaver tours start in the evening. A Swiss Ranger leads visitors to where the beavers are at work. Beavers are excellent builders and can construct impressive dams from branches, sticks, and mud to dam up rivers and streams and shape their habitats. With a little luck, you can watch the beavers at work or foraging for food.
The tours take place as follows:
Friday, June 12, 2026, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2026, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2026, 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, August 8, 2026, 7:15 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2026, 7:15 p.m.
