SUP Yoga combines the soothing effects of yoga with the lightness of water sports—right on the idyllic Lake Walen. In sync with your breathing and the gentle rocking of the water, you’ll immerse yourself in a unique form of mindfulness. Experienced instructor Lupi from tribu.om.flow will guide you through the session, adapt the exercises to your level, and create a relaxed atmosphere. This class is suitable for both beginners with no prior experience and seasoned yogis looking to expand their practice. Embark on this unique nature experience and find balance on the water—both physically and mentally.

Notes

This activity is weather-dependent. In case of wet weather or windy conditions with rough seas, the activity will be canceled.
We recommend bringing sunscreen and swimwear.
There is no age restriction for children. Participation is at your own risk and must be accompanied by an adult.

Booking

Bookable from June 28 to September 13, 2026, every Sunday
Yoga classes will be held with a minimum of 3 participants (final decision made by 12:00 PM the day before; last-minute cancellations are possible in case of sudden weather changes)
