In addition to pure guest information (physical and digital), we also understand guest relations to mean all measures to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer needs. Our guest service team at the two information points in Flumserberg and Bad Ragaz pursue this goal on a daily basis.

My favorite places in Heidiland

Mels
Lake Chapfensee
Lake Chapfensee is located above Mels at 1,030 m above sea level and is a popular destination for hikers, bikers, families and anglers. The lake is easily accessible and offers several fire pits and a beautiful circular trail.
Berschis
Berschner case
The Berschnerfall near Walenstadt is a 46-metre-high waterfall that is well hidden in a small ravine. A hiking trail leads from the village of Berschis to the waterfall in around 25 minutes.
Walenstadt
Walenstadt lido
The Walenstadt lido offers a pebble beach, a sunbathing lawn, a diving platform and a raft in Lake Walen. The Neptun beach restaurant offers sanitary facilities and is open from April to October.
