The atmosphere at the Zollstube restaurant is quintessentially Swiss—rustic yet sophisticated. The menu features regional and national specialties: rösti and fondue, Graubünden barley soup, and Zurich-style veal strips. In addition, the “Zollstube” offers more than 15 different types of beer. The carefully selected beers come from small, independent Swiss breweries. Among them is the 36.5° Quell—our house beer. Brewed with thermal water from the Taminaschlucht (Tamina Gorge).
