Autumn has arrived - the days are getting shorter, temperatures are dropping and nature is preparing for the resting phase. Right now we long for warmth, security and inner balance. The Tamina Therme sauna world invites you to consciously enjoy this time of year and recharge your batteries.

On October 11 and 12, 2025, the sauna will be all about rituals. You can look forward to two outstanding guest infusers: the winner of the Herbal Cup 2024 and a real sauna master from Latvia, who will bring both traditional and modern sauna ceremonies with him. The program is complemented by the Tamina Therme sauna master team, who will provide variety and deep relaxation with their own rituals.
