Karl Kohler, an experienced cross-country skiing instructor, and Christa Jäger Ehrenzeller, a former professional cross-country skier, will be happy to help you learn an efficient cross-country skiing technique. On the beautiful trails in the Tamina Valley, beginners can practice their first steps, while experienced skiers can improve their technique and training with their tips. With the right movements, you can enjoy this healthy whole-body workout in nature even more.
