La notte Italiana is our way of saying thank you—to a cuisine that has been officially recognized as an intangible UNESCO World Heritage Site since this December.

From 2026, the Grotto Fläscher Bad will also be open in winter. It will not be open regularly or at random, but rather on a deliberately reduced basis with a clear culinary focus.

The "Follow the White Rabbit" event series is an invitation to break out of familiar patterns and immerse yourself in a deeper experience. The focus is not on a traditional restaurant visit, but rather an evening centered around cuisine, atmosphere, and concentration on the essentials.

The quiet winter season provides a setting that encourages visitors to slow down. Instead of entertainment or spectacle, the focus is on engagement, presence, and immersion. The events deliberately contrast with everyday life and create space for a different kind of experience.

The winter events are designed as small, intimate gatherings, each with its own theme. Every evening follows its own concept and stands on its own.

The implementation remains deliberately straightforward, including in terms of pricing. The focus is on high-quality products, clear cuisine, and a harmonious overall experience. The calculation is kept transparent and accessible.

The winter events are intended as individual highlights. Whether and how the series develops further will depend on the response.

Information about the evening

La notte Italiana – An evening deliberately celebrated in this way. Dolce Vita in winter.

La notte Italiana is a tribute to a cuisine that has been officially recognized as intangible UNESCO world cultural heritage since December. Not because of its perfection, but because of its unifying effect across generations.

The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a glass of Prosecco. Arriving, settling in, and taking a seat characterize the start. The introduction is low-key and unpretentious.

The communal meal begins at 7 p.m. The dishes are inspired by Italian cuisine, generously portioned and designed to be shared. They are served as the evening progresses. Conversations develop, the table fills up, and the evening gains intensity – in a way that is typical of Italian dining culture.

La notte Italiana is not a staged experience. It is a shared evening, a small tribute, a piece of living food culture. And perhaps that is precisely why it is one that stays with you.
