The loft has four separate bedrooms (max. 8 persons), two bathrooms, a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and a very spacious living area with a six meter long solid wooden table. The Suite is a very good choice for those who appreciate modern design, stylish furnishings and a custom charm.

A circular staircase connects the five openly configured floors comprising a small dining area with terrace, two sleeping levels with a double and two single beds, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a living area right at the top.
The loft is a very good choice for those who appreciate modern design, stylish furnishings and a custom charm.

Description
The former spinning mill at lake Walen has been transformed into attractive lofts with lake and mountain views. Also on the permises: artist studios, offices, infrastructure and a small hotel. The area houses an indoor tennis court, wellness/fitness, various seminar and creativity rooms. The lake is a short walk away and it takes you only a few minutes to the lido (free of charge) or to the well known restaurant sagibeiz, where SUPs and canoes can be rented. Further watersport activities are available closeby: wakeboard, waterski, kitesurfing, windsurfing and many more. The region is also a biker's paradise. The valley station of the Flumserberg (winter and summer sports) is located in the next village (2.9 km driving distance). Ideal for active holidays, the perfect combination of sport & nature in a design and art-affine environment.
The lofthotel offers various extra services for a fee, which are also available to lofts' tenants. At the reception you can get a lot of information, buy an activity package or get tips for excursions and beautiful walks. Boat trips are also highly recommended.

"Staff in the restaurant top. Hotel understaffed Laborious login & key (on app) didn't work at all in some cases Restaurant top. Room dependent on the room. Very friendly, flexible staff Biker loft rather cool, but certainly cool for bikers. Open shower not ideal for 2 people who don't know each other well. Garden restaurant top, room cool"
