Half board
Enjoy our varied 3-course menu including mineral water in the "Chutnee" restaurant during your stay. In the afternoon from 14:00 to 15:00 o'clock, we invite you to a coffee or tea with a piece of cake - all for the price of CHF 55.00 per person per day. Please note that the pampering board can be booked up to 3 days before arrival and only for the entire stay.

"I spent the first nice alone in one of the garden bungalows. It was a tidy room, but very chilly and quite loud as a storm brewed outside. The second night, a friend met me and housekeeping unfortunately forgot to bring the second set of towels, pillow and bedspread. We had to bother the bartender at 9pm to get her things so she could sleep comfortably. However, the staff were overall very helpful and of course the thermal baths and sauna were superb!"

"Excellent. I am a regular guest at the Schloss, and it remains my clear first choice of accommodation in the area. Quaint old-world charm (at least in the main castle building), quiet and comfortable, and a short (5 - 10 mins') walk by the golf course to all the attractions of Bad Ragaz (public thermal spas, Grand Resort hotels & restaurants, town center, postal buses to all nearby attractions such as the unmmissable Tamina Gorge, etc.). The staff are unfailingly helpful, courteous and friendly. I really could not wish for anything better (and the prices are very reasonable). Excellent restaurant with superb Indian-themed choices available."

Your hotel is below any standard not because of the personnel but because of a very poor management if any at all. It does not cost much to have a clean room and a proper toilet seat. "First of all, I would like to mention the very good and convenient location of the hotel. As a golfer, a hotel near golf courses was very important to me. It is also close enough and within walking distance to the center of Bad Ragaz, Tamine Therme and other places. It is also very convenient to get there by car from the hotel. The hotel itself is very cozy, polite and friendly staff, delicious and fresh food in the restaurant, both at dinner and at breakfast. Of course you'd like more choice when you're staying for a longer period of time, but better fresh and tasty than lots of choice but no taste. It is worth mentioning that the territory of the hotel is very beautiful, everywhere is very clean and tidy. The rooms in the castle are cozy, neat and clean. Maybe there is a little lack of space, and there is no convenient place to put personal things (wallet, jewelry, phone, etc.). It would be very good if there was a small cabinet with drawers next to the bed. Very good value for money and I think the hotel really deserves 4 stars. I will happily come back next time and recommend to others."
