Description of conference venues

Since 1983, visitors have had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the exciting world of "underground". The ever-changing colors of the imposing ore deposit fascinate visitors on the tour through tunnels, over galleries, drives and stopes, past deep silos, sinkholes and hidden corners.

Seminar offer
Far away from everyday life, the Gonzen mine offers the perfect location for seminars or company outings of a special kind. It offers space for special occasions that are sure to leave lasting memories.

Auditorium
The auditorium can accommodate around 90 people. The room is equipped with a projector and internet connection and is ideal for presentations, meetings and gatherings.

Museum cavern
The museum and the restaurant are housed in the same cavern. It is possible to use the premises together with an area of 200m2 or separately.

Bahnhofskaverne
The Bahnhofskaverne is suitable for exhibitions, presentations, company events, car shows and art exhibitions. It offers a usable area of 600m2.

Gastronomy
The Bergwerk restaurant is unique in its design and very attractive for banquets, family celebrations or business events. The movable stage on rails allows the venue to be adapted to the size of your event.

The Gonzen winery is located just a few meters from the entrance to the mine. Stefan and Anita Hörner have been cultivating the vineyards of Eisenbergwerk Gonzen AG for over twenty years with great expertise and passion.

Supporting program
The Gonzenbergwerk team offers exciting guided tours to complement or round off a successful day. A wine tasting at the nearby Gonzen winery is another way to enhance the event.
